Parefy processes your PDFs entirely on your device. No files are uploaded to any server. No account is required.
Parefy does not collect, transmit, or store any of the following:
All PDF operations — compression, merging, splitting, signing, extracting, page management, and password protection — happen locally on your iPhone or iPad. Your files never leave your device through Parefy.
Parefy includes an optional, off-by-default analytics feature powered by Firebase Analytics. You can enable it in Settings under "Help Improve Parefy."
When enabled, we collect bucketed, anonymized metrics only:

You can disable analytics at any time in Settings. When disabled, no data is sent.
Firebase Analytics retains data for 14 months per Google's standard retention policy. For details, see Firebase Privacy.

All data stays on your device. Parefy does not use iCloud sync or any cloud storage.

Parefy does not request access to your location, contacts, microphone, or any other sensitive data.
Parefy offers an annual subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase, both managed entirely through Apple's StoreKit framework. We do not process payments directly and do not have access to your payment information. Apple's purchase and subscription terms apply.
Parefy does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since no account or personal data is required, the app can be used by anyone without privacy concern.
The only third-party service integrated is Firebase Analytics (Google), and only when you explicitly opt in. No other third-party SDKs, ad networks, or tracking services are used.
Your files are protected by iOS's app sandbox, which prevents other apps from accessing Parefy's data. Monetization state is stored in the iOS Keychain with afterFirstUnlock protection. Temporary files are automatically cleaned up within 24 hours.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
